Payment, validity and renewal

We accept Revolut, Wise and cryptocurrency, three fast and discreet ways to pay. No sensitive banking data passes through our website: you complete everything directly with our team on WhatsApp, so you stay in full control of the transaction.

Yearly plans are valid for twelve months from activation; lifetime licences are paid once, with no renewal. If you change device or travel abroad, your subscription comes with you: just reinstall the app and sign in again. Which plan should you choose?

The right subscription simply depends on how you watch TV. Here is how most customers decide.

The Standard plan suits one person watching on one main screen in Full HD. You already get 40,000 live channels, the on-demand library and around 200 adult channels: it is the ideal entry point to try the service without committing for years. If you are unsure, this is usually where to start.

Prime is our best-selling plan, and for good reason. It adds 4K Ultra-HD, 60,000 live channels, a much larger adult catalogue of around 6,000 channels and three days of replay, at a price that stays affordable. For most households it is the right balance between picture quality, catalogue size and budget.

The Elite lifetime licence is for people who want everything, once and for all. You pay once and never renew, and you get more than 80,000 live channels, the full VIP catalogue of 8,000 adult channels, up to four screens at the same time, a dedicated server and seven days of replay. Over several years it is the most economical option, and the most practical for a household where several people watch at once.

For couples and families, the multi-screen plans (two or three devices) let everyone watch their own programme at the same time, each with their own code for the 18+ section. Still not sure? Where it works and what you need

Your subscription works anywhere you have a decent internet connection. Most of our customers are in France, Belgium, Switzerland and the French overseas territories, but the service is not tied to one country: wherever you are, install the app and sign in. Allow around 15 Mbps for comfortable 4K; Full HD needs far less, so most home connections work without any problem.

There is no dish and no decoder: you use a device you already own. Recent smart TVs, the Amazon Firestick, Android boxes, Android phones and tablets, and Windows and Mac computers are all supported through free apps such as IPTV Smarters. Recording depends on the player you use. If you are not sure which device to pick, a simple Firestick plugged into your TV’s HDMI port turns any television into a full streaming system.

A service for adults only

The adult catalogue (18+) is strictly for people aged 18 and over. Your access code keeps the adult section locked until you enter it, so on a family television children cannot open it by accident. Keep the code private and switch on the parental controls in your IPTV app as well; our team can help you set them up.
