FireviewTV is a technical service that provides access to streaming over the internet for adults; we are not a broadcaster, and we do not own the third-party content accessible through compatible applications. Terms of Service

The service is sold strictly to adults aged 18 and over and is intended for personal, private viewing within the law of your country. You agree to use your subscription for your own household and not to resell, redistribute or publicly broadcast it. Your login and access codes are personal to you; you are responsible for keeping them confidential, and for any use made of your account.

We provide the service on a best-effort basis and work hard to keep it stable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times, since streaming depends on your own internet connection and on third-party networks. The specific channels and on-demand titles available may change over time. We reserve the right to suspend an account that is used unlawfully, shared commercially, or used in a way that harms the service or other customers. These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide the service: the contact details you give us (such as an email address or WhatsApp number) and the information required to set up and support your subscription. We use this data to deliver your login, provide support and manage your account. We do not sell your personal data, and we keep your billing discreet — your payment appears under a neutral label, and your login and access codes are delivered privately by email.

We retain your details only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet any legal obligations, after which they are deleted. You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us on WhatsApp. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, and we will never ask you for your bank details or a payment to reset an access code.

Refund Policy

Because the service is delivered digitally and activated almost immediately after payment, we handle refunds fairly and case by case. If you experience a genuine technical problem that we cannot resolve, contact us promptly and we will work with you to fix it or, where appropriate, arrange a refund. We encourage anyone unsure whether the service will work on their setup to message us first — we will tell you honestly, and many questions can be answered before you pay. Requests made in bad faith, or after extended use, may not qualify. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

FireviewTV respects intellectual property rights and expects its customers to do the same. We are a technical provider of streaming access and do not host, produce or own the third-party content that may be viewed through compatible applications. We do not encourage or condone any unlawful use of copyrighted material, and the service is intended for lawful, personal use.

If you are a rights holder and believe that material accessible in connection with our service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to us via the WhatsApp contact on this site including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material in question; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder. On receipt of a valid notice, we will act promptly and in good faith to address the matter, including removing or disabling access to the material where appropriate.

Responsible, adults-only use

The 18+ catalogue is strictly for people aged 18 and over. Every subscription includes access codes and parental controls so the adult section stays locked on a shared television, and we ask you to keep those codes private and to use the service responsibly.
