Setting the parental code

Activating the adult channels and keeping them private go hand in hand. Once the 18+ category is visible, set a parental PIN in your app’s settings — usually under “Parental control” or “Lock”. This is the code you will enter to open the section, and it keeps the catalogue sealed on a shared television. Choose something only you know, and avoid obvious codes like 0000.

Common activation problems — and quick fixes

Most activation hiccups are small and fixable in under a minute. If the adult category is missing, refresh the channel list by closing and reopening the app, which forces it to pull the latest line-up. If the stream buffers, check your internet speed — around 15 Mbps is comfortable for 4K — and try a wired connection or a closer Wi-Fi spot. If the app rejects your login, re-enter the server address exactly as written in your email, with no extra spaces.
