2. Pricing and Payment

Prices for subscriptions are displayed on our website in EUR. Payment is required in advance and can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or supported cryptocurrency. All prices include applicable taxes.

3. Subscription Duration

Subscriptions are available for various durations (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Your subscription starts immediately upon payment confirmation and activation.

4. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive activation credentials via email or WhatsApp within 30 minutes. If you do not receive your credentials, please contact our support team.

5. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable equipment and a sufficient internet connection to receive our services. Recommended minimum: 25 Mbps for HD, 50 Mbps for 4K.

6. Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly opted in. No refunds are provided for cancellations after the 7-day guarantee period.

12. Limitation of Liability

FireviewTV’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
